Sharing my journey of tackling repairs and renovations with care, creativity, and a love for hands-on work.

Hello! This space is where I share my love for DIY, home improvement, and the satisfaction that comes from figuring things out with your own two hands. I’m based in Cape Town, and over time, what started as curiosity and a can-do attitude has grown into a real passion for solving problems and making spaces work better.
From car maintenance to pool pump refurbishing, painting, landscaping, light plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work – I take on all kinds of everyday repairs with care, creativity, and a good dose of determination. I’m methodical, a bit of a perfectionist, and I really take pride in doing things properly.
Thanks for stopping by. I’m excited to share what I’m learning and maybe even help you feel more confident tackling your own projects.

Projects: Why I Do This
This site is a place for me to document the journey — the wins, the challenges, and everything in between. Whether it’s small tweaks or major overhauls, I’ll be sharing photos, notes, and ideas as I go, in the hope it inspires someone else to pick up a tool and give it a try. This space is all about the process, the learnings, and the joy of making things work.
But it’s more than just projects — it’s about making DIY feel accessible. I know how overwhelming it can be, especially when you’ve been told this kind of work isn’t for you. I’ve met so many women who feel unsure where to start, worried about being taken advantage of, or just tired of trying to figure it out alone.
So whether you’re here to follow along, learn something new, or need a hand with a fix in your home — I’m here to help
